Picturesque hotel in Ubud with REALLY ACCOMMODATING staff upon my request. Located right in the heart of the city.

Immaculately clean hotel, particularly helpful staff upon my request. A nice size room with a large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Good food for breakfast at the dining area. Quiet location in a very quiet area & garden views. Based near to a beautiful garden, the restaurant and transport to-and-from the market.

Picturesque and quiet place all in all, has amicable staff upon my request. This hotel offers good sized and recently refurbished rooms with a comfortable bed and garden bathroom, as example. The location is tranquil and exceptionally nice, loved to be in front of some leisure places, I've visited restaurants and eateries😃👍

The staffs are very friendly, helpful. We are not very sure if we were lucky as the weather was fantastic, windy, sunny but chilly most of the time. The weather made our trip special.
First they put us to a very dark, dirty room which has 2 very hard noisy single beds put together as a king side bed. We demanded to change to another room, we got upgrade to a villa with extra charge. However, we have the same issue with the bed, noisy, hard bed, plus the blanket was extremely thin, barely keep ourself warm in the weather temperature. Mosquitos were the big problem every night, we both and the baby got bitten up badly even though we put so much anti-Mosquitos cream. We didn't have a single good night sleep during our stay.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, always ready to assist us. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a garden bathroom in typical Bali design. The breakfast served was included and offered a good variety of options.
The only small issue we had was the wifi reception inside the rooms, which could be improved.

The hotel put us in a room next to their construction work. There was ongoing drilling all day and despite our complaints the staff were not interested in making any solutions. We ended up spending our holiday with a headache. Also, transporation into Ubud was mis-communicated within staff, therefore we missed a lot of our tour and yoga appointments.

for the very first moment we were shown very poor room with small and not nice garden, but after my request we found ourselves in a very large and comfortable room with really cool bathroom. Then really green territory. The rest of things is not something outstanding, but room was really good.
Poor cuisine and location.

This hotel is like a hidden paradise. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always remembered our names. We loved that there was no extra charge for room service and the breakfast was delicious. One of the best parts was the free shuttle service that made exploring the area so much easier.
The spa was not up to par with our expectations. Although it was friendly, it was not very relaxing and the treatments were not of the same standard as other spas we have been to.

A lovely place which looks like a temple set in a garden. A small but nice pool in the same vein. The staff is nice and friendly. We had a really adorable Indonesian -style bedroom, we felt like being in the tower of a palace.
It's not in Ubud but in Mas, the artist village (nothing romantic, it's just a street full of shops selling wooden statues). The hotel provides free shuttles to go to Ubub but only until 10 pm then you have to get a taxi. The woodcarver can start working a little early... The first day we were there they chopped a tree at 8 am... But the other days it was fine.. Being away from Ubud can be an advantage or a drawback, it depends what you want.
